First impression; Small, old restaurant, that you hope will impress you with its service and food. They have tried to give it an arabian type feeling, although its not really consistent with the spanish/morrocan picture they are trying to paint. . Not as classy or even cosy as I would have hoped. Ol walla and bathrooms. Outside area is not very impressive. There were a few other customers around, wasn't able to identify what market they are trying to target, however given they dont serve or allow alcohol on the premises, I thought it would be family orientated, however it isn't really.

Menu was below my expectations. Not too much variety and other than a few items I couln't understand how its meant to reflect a spanish/morrocan restaurant. Serving sizes were decent, however quality wasn't there for the total amount on the bill you would expect a better dish to be presented. You cant change anything to order which is ashame, as not everyone wants chicken with banana and nuts etc.

Unfortunately the service was appaling. Before making reservations I asked about a few things eg: pray room which they said they had, this wasn't the case when I arrived. Also the phone manner was much better than what I recieved in person. The hospitality that you would expect a midle easter/european restaurant to provie was certainly not apparent. The food took an hour to arrive. Staff were not very friendly, except for 1 waiter. It seemed they were understaffed or simply dont focus on excellence in customer service.
