Restaurant is not very accommodating to parents with children. Asked to change tables to the corner as I had a child. Was asked to pay a $10 linen charge (as we had tea and some entree) or we could settle the bill, leave the restaurant and then come back in (!!) and would not be entitled to tea unless we wished to pay again for the tea. Children were treated like a nuisance. Not a family friendly restaurant. This restaurant fails to live up to the Dragon Boat's reputation. A definite disappointment.

Food was pretty average. As a regular Yum Cha patron, this is one of the worse dining experiences I've had. Found a hair in the Peking Duck and had the restaurant owner/manager accuse me of making trouble and even publicly argued with me as he did not believe it was hair. Did not apologise nor did he offer to replace the duck. I've eaten cheaper and better quality before. Treasure Palace or Formosa House on Springvale Road is a far better Yum Cha choice.

Parents with young children are treated like a plague. Although the general waiting staff were polite enough, it was tainted by the rude and unaccommodating restaurant owner/manager who clearly had a vendetta because of my requests (perhaps I asked for one too many serviettes?). The restaurant was only 1/3 full so I was unsure why changing tables was such a demand on his resources. Fails to live up to the expectations of the other Dragon Boat restaurants. Poor poor poor service attitude. Save your money or use it elsewhere where you might be treated with some good old fashioned respect.
